I've been working with kids since 2014, and would accompany my mom back when she nannied and I was younger. I've worked as an assistant teacher in a toddler 2 class, worked in the baby rooms and after school programs! I nannied for a family starting in 2016 that I will occasionally still see. I started when their son was 6 months old, we did work books, phonics, counting, arts & crafts ect. Eventually when he was around 2 they had their second child who I watched up until she was around 3. The family I worked with was going to even have me accompany them to Barcelona to watch their children before covid happened. I have my own car, updated license and nearly 10 years of experience. I believe in being gentle and kind and patient and that every child learns at their own pace and needs a teacher/mentor/adult to work with them, rather than get frustrated and upset. I believe in learning with the kids and working on a system that helps all of us and pushes growth without discomfort.
