Deborah has been my nanny for the past 7 1/2 wonderful years. She started out caring for my son (then 1 1/2 years old; now 9). I became pregnant with twin daughters (now almost 7). She was always on time, in rain, snow or shine, and never in 7 1/2 called in sick! When my daughters were born 10 weeks premature and she was able to manage my toddler son and preemie daughters gracefully. Safety is a big deal for me and Deborah was always overcautious, which was especially important when the children were young. Deborah too was responsible for drop-off and pick- ups when the kids became school age and she was always there on time and managed homework and reading with ease. My children love Deborah, and she has become a family member, not just an employee. She attends birthday parties and my children face time her on her days/time off because they miss her. I wholeheartedly recommend her. I have much more to say but the word count will not permit. I welcome a call to tell you more!
