About Dayli

Hello, my name is Dayli! I was born & raised in Flagstaff, AZ & received my BS in biology & chemistry in 2017 after playing 4 years of NCAA soccer up in Colorado. My life goal since age 12 or so was to be a dentist, for a multitude reasons. So after college, I took a gap year to finish up a few more prerequisite classes needed for dental school, took the DAT, prepared my application, & attended interviews! After an immense amount of hard work, I got accepted to & attended the University of Utah School of Dentistry for a year, but life threw me some unexpected, unfortunate curveballs! Shortly after, covid also hit, so I moved back to AZ permanently to be closer to family. I am currently on a long break from Dental School & in the midst of re-evaluating all career paths!
