Dawn was a great caregiver for my family member. She is a patient person who is pleasant, an understanding individual who adapted well to any scenario presented before her. She is an efficient and great manager of time. She would go beyond to satisfy the client and their family. Her skills are demonstrated by her actions and the mastery of being sure of herself , therefore being able to put others at ease. I would have continued to employ her if my family member had not relocated.
