About Daniel

Thanks for taking time to read this! I attended Boston UnIversity from 2012-2016. I went in to college as a Pure and Applied Mathematics major. As the son of two teachers, I told myself I wouldn't get an education degree in college. However, in my first year at BU I spent a lot of time helping my dorm mates with their college math classes and found that I loved teaching math! I spent five semesters trying to accomplish a dual degree but ultimately chose education as my sole major and I received my diploma at the end of 2016. During my time at BU I did student teaching placements in Allston at the Jackson-Mann and at Arlington High School. I spent another semester volunteering my time at the Jackson-Mann as I had moved close to the school for my senior year. After I graduated I went into the service industry for a few years exploring another passion. In light of recent events my motivation is to help students through the difficulties of remote learning with my experience. Thank you!
