Danielle was very pleasant during the interview and we were excited for her to start. The day she was supposed to start, she sent a text and said she had a personal event at home and wouldn't be able to start for 2 days. We understood. Two days later, on the day she said she'd start, she sent a text and said she would start the following week. Then, the following week, on the day we were expecting her to start, she again sent a text and said she wouldn't be able to be there and wasn't sure when she'd be able to work. We understand that events happen, but to not be able to let us know in advance or at least call to explain was very frustrating for us and put us in a bind when trying to hire another caregiver. I do not recommend this care worker due to her lack of communication and lack of reliability for work. Having said that, this was our experience with her. Maybe we are the only ones who had this experience with her.
