About Danielle

I love children and have helped care for them, in some form, for over 15 years. My brother has four children and I was very involved in taking care of them as they grew up, watching them when he worked out of state for many years. My nieces and nephew are all teenagers now, and I miss spending time with the younger children as well, they are so much fun! I've had experience babysitting other children, friends of the family, and families at the church that I attended growing up, as well as long term recent job as a nanny. I am now looking for a part-time hours on afternoons/evenings or weekends. I believe in the active approach. I'm not the one to sit the children in front of the TV for entertainment. I like to engage them in crafts, play games with them, help them with their homework, or do small cooking projects, all with the approval of the parents, of course. I am CPR certified and skilled in basic First Aid.
