About Dani

I'm Dani, a biochemistry research technician looking to return to working with kids. I'm attentive, funny, responsible, and empathetic. Moreover, I have an incredibly unique educational background that allows me to provide not only childcare but also academic prep in many different subject areas. I have a graduate degree in education, and throughout my (admittedly many) years in school, I have gathered a great deal of teaching experience. I have taught chemistry, math, and English at the high school and collegiate levels. I'm a lifelong learner, and I love sharing my knowledge with others. When I first moved to NYC in 2018, I worked as a nanny for two wonderful children. During my tenure with their family, I helped prepare them to apply to one of the top public high schools in Manhattan, and both children were accepted. Working with their family was one of the most rewarding, fun, and exciting times in my life, and so I want to return to working as a nanny.
