During that year, I saw her grow in her leadership ability, organization, and confidence. She was easy and enjoyable to work with and left very big shoes to fill for our future interns. In fact, we were so impressed with her, that we recommended her to lead a team to live and work with our organization. I coached her from a distance that year while she was leading her team in Africa and I saw her care well for them. She was compassionate, loving, full of grace, and patient. She is an incredibly trustworthy person and I have thoroughly enjoyed getting to know her.
