Dalila has been caring for my two boys over the last year. She started working with us when my second child was 4 months old and my oldest was 2yrs old. Dalila has proven herself many times over as a highly-capable, reliable, loyal and loving caregiver for my two children. She is extremely dependable, never arrives late to work and when she says she is going to do something, she follows through beyond the original expectation. Dalila is, also, an excellent communicator, provides us with updates on their activities, diet and sleep. She never gets ruffled when we impose last minutes changes to her work schedule or daily routine, and she adapts to the new scenario seamlessly and without complaint. Dalila is extremely passionate when it comes to caring for children. She has a gift in making them feel safe and loved.She provides structure for our boys through music, active play, story time and arts and crafts. She is an exceptional nanny, and a kind and generous person.
