Hey! my name is Dajana (Diana) I currently work with Mainline health as a crisis clinician only two days a month. I currently have a masters degree in clinical and counseling psychology with a concentration on children and adolescents. I currently have two boys of my own 3 & 1. Potty training, has actually been pleasant. My 3-year-old has been potty trained since he was 15months & my 1-year-old is able to poop but not pee in the potty. Point being, potty training would be a breeze. I have much experiences with children in all settings (schools, community, and hospitals). I was a little scared to hire her, however she was really good with my twins. She was calm when they would both cry at the same time, she took the twins out for a walk daily, and she was able to keep them on a sleep schedule daily. She always let us know if she was not going to be able to come babysit at least a week ahead. My boys are currently in daycare thus we had to let her go, however she does still babysit for us here and there.
