About Daisy

Hello, my name is Daisy. I'm a conscientious senior caregiver with 4 years of experience, attentive to the needs of my patients. I am skilled at listening attentively to my patient's requests, anticipating their needs and creating a welcoming environment for all. I'm also a student nurse currently completing my last year in the nursing program. I'm looking to enhance and apply my knowledge of senior care. Nursing is a caring profession, and what I love the most about it is the knowledge we acquire in caring for seniors, being culturally sensitive and demonstrating compassion. My skills include but are not limited to: patient management, direct patient care, recording vital signs, responding to emergencies, dementia and Alzheimer's knowledge, and delivering patient-focused care. I have completed the cognitive and skills evaluations related to basic life support (CPR and AED). In my free time, I enjoy reading, cooking, visiting botanical gardens, museums and galleries.
