Cynthia was a life saver and helped us out for several days when our full time nanny was out of town. She was easy to communicate with before the booking and shared photos of our little one and kept in touch with us through the day. Our 14 month old warmed up to her quickly and she was attentive and thoughtful. Really appreciated her tidying up and getting our baby's nighttime routine set up for me before I got home. We will definitely have her back again to help in the future!
