Cynthia is absolutely wonderful! She babysits my 18-month-old several times a week and I am so happy that she is in my daughter's life. She is kind, flexible, reliable, and very responsible. My daughter really loves being with her (I know this for a fact because I work from home and I can hear her squealing with laughter when she's playing with Cynthia!!) Occasionally my daughter gets upset about me leaving her but Cynthia is great at helping her to transition, which makes me feel SO much better about walking away! Cynthia is a real gem and I highly recommend her.
