I have worked in facilities and I see that because of staffing we aren't always able to provide that exceptional quality of care, and that is very important to me. Quality of Care does not just involve tasks but spending time with that person and actually showing you care on an emotional and nurturing level as well. I love being a caregiver. It brings me so much joy to help the elderly who have done so much in their lives and deserve dignity, comfort, safety and love while they go through their last years. Before becoming a caregiver I was an Early Childhood Educator, and Mother of 5. Nurturing is a big part of who I am.
