Cindi has worked 20-30 hours per week with our family for the past 2.5 years. She is our very own Mary Poppins-regularly arriving with crafts, surprises, healthy snacks and little meaningfully gifts for our 2 lucky kiddos (3.5 and 7). She is punctual, reliable, responsible, engaging, receptive, flexible and thoughtful. Our kiddos will both be in school full time soon which is the only reason we can't use her for as many hours-otherwise I'd be keeping her for as long as possible. Whomever is lucky enough to snatch her up as your nanny will never worry about their kiddos and will be hiring an incredible human whom we love dearly. Cindi came with incredibly strong recommendations when we hired her. Now 2.5 years later I can wholeheartedly recommend her, too.
