About Crystal

I have worked with children 6wks -12 years for the last 10 years. I was a lead Preschool teacher & Assistant Director. I have previously been the lead infant, toddler and school age teacher. I am currently a nanny for two families. Having a hand in guiding a child's development, plus creating a strong bond with them & their families are some of my biggest goals as a caregiver. My experience has given me a strong background in child development. I have over 120 hours of child development training, including SIDS, Shaken Baby prevention, early brain development, & CPR/First Aid certification. I have experience planning and implementing age-appropriate activities that promote development. Creating a healthy, safe, and nurturing environment is one of my top priorities.
