Crystal is a miracle-worker when it comes to organization and tidying! She breezed into our home and immediately began (with my encouragement and permission) clearing the clutter and creating systems to hold and display things sensibly. She is self-driven, a great communicator, and very hard working. Please don't hire her--I want her all to myself!! ;)
