About Crystal Anne

Hi! I am a college's student at SJU studying management. I am an extremely hard worker who doesn't give up until the job is done. I have about 1 year dog walking while still in school. Personally, I'm an organizer, planner, and multitasker. I am looking for opportunities to work on the weekend or after 3 p.m. during the weekdays I feel a strong feeling of fulfillment knowing that I can support their well-being, celebrate their accomplishments, and see them grow. My skills include responsiveness, communication, and creativity. This entails being able to respond to their issues quickly, console them when they're sad, and handle any emergencies that might occur. I am able to interact with both the kids and their parents in a straightforward and patient manner, taking in their instructions and giving information on the kids' whereabouts and activities. Age-appropriate activities, games, and crafts that keep the kids engaged and stimulated are easy for me to design and put together.
