So in terms of my experience, I have worked three years as a substitute teacher, and a substitute paraprofessional. I was often directly requested by the special education department in such as teachers, etc. Because I have a unique ability to help those especially with special needs, and or deficits in mental capacity. Also, I have been employed as a behavioral technician at applied ABC working with autistic.
