About Cristen

Hello, my name is Cristen I have 12 years + experience in the medical field. Recently certified as an End Of Life Doula. I am also a health coach surrounded by an amazing community helping both patients and healthy individuals with nutrition & fitness promoting a healthy active. It's my priority to care for your loved one as if they were my own loved one. Nurturing them in the entirety of Body, Soul, & Spirit. My experience with patients is in similar areas of dementia, brain injury, cancer, stroke etc I am not limited to only these areas. I am willing to support rehab patients and anyone in the hospital as well I have helped two woman relearn how to walk and talk with confidence. I am really looking forward to meeting the next family that I will help.
