Looking for a sweet job with a few kids that want an overqualified professional looking for a break from 12 hour days. I ran Free to be Childcare in Hadley for 12 years and then shifted during the pandemic to an outdoor home school at my families ropes course and outdoor center; I've been with and Morse Hill in some form or fashion since I was 14. I am an outdoor person in allll weather and love to move, craft, explore and teach. I am heart centered and trauma trained. I don't relate to gender an am queer. I love animals and all creatures. I can help with household chores and would prefer several children to care for at once. Mixed ages care is such a teaching tool! I can find passion and joy in most things and just ache to get back with littles. A baby to wear while I explore and learn with tots would be amazing. I am super safety minded balanced with a love for the silly, weird, ridiculous, and beautiful. I haven't applied for job in 15 years, so if this unconventional, that's me!
