I'd describe my personality as caring, understanding, empathetic. I like working with kids because they are our future. I dont think any child should go without the help or care they need and if I can help provide that to them I will. I'm looking for a job that works for my family but also gives me fulfillment. I started working with kids when I was a teenager. I'm now 38. I have 3 children of my own. In my spare time, I like to spend time with my animals; cats, dogs, horses and chickens. I do crafts and drawings. I also enjoys target shooting. One thing you should know about me is I am an easy going person but also believe that children and/or pets need to listen. Rules need to be followed. Bad behavior needs to be corrected and good behaviors should be rewarded. My skills include mentoring, listening, and problem solving.
