I have been a home health aid since 2000, and have a special education degree. I have taken care of the disabled ( both mental and physical challenged and sometimes both). I have experience and have very caring and kind heart. I do my best to care and be helpful for people in my care. I have experience with all ages from infant to elderly. I truly enjoy caring, nurturing. I do my best to stay with a routine if it has been established or willing to find a routine that is helpful. I think its very important for commutation for everyone in involved. I encourage and try to be helpful at the same time. to be understanding and guiding when it is the right times, supportive and caring it important. To me those are what I try to be always.
