We knew instantly when Connie walked in the door for her interview that she was the right fit. Our daughter took to her immediately - she seems to have a natural ability to connect with children. She is prompt, responsible, flexible, and caring. She is willing to go above and beyond, regularly taking our daughter to toddler time and to explore different child-friendly venues. She always takes excellent care of our home. We feel very lucky to have Connie and would highly recommend her without reservation.
