as a mother, it's hard to juggle work and everything else that comes with life so I got one in sight looking for a dependable nanny. I hired this young lady and we came up with a good agreement. She really didn't have to do much pick my son up from school help him with homework and you know just to make sure he's safe, my 8 year my child is very independent and really just needed somebody just to be there with him. it started of great she was on time she responded and then things change fast the first week she was calling for money two days into the job, another day she needed me to get off work early, and then in the second week she calls out sick saying that she has the flu "and I'm a very understanding person. I don't want nobody sick around me you're my child" so I said OK just keep me updated. She never kept me updated but of course she contacted me for her payment. i'm really big on communication. I don't understand why she did what she did well why she left me and my child hanging the way she did without and explanation. The way everything when it is very unprofessional, and I would not recommend nobody to hire her. she is not a dependable person and she is not professional.
