About Clarisa

Greetings~ I bring with me two years of experience as a Family Support Specialist for LA County where I conducted home visits to over 15 high-risk clients and their families. I provided case management services and identified appropriate community resources and provided referrals for services such as childhood development, housing, domestic violence, employment, education, substance abuse treatment, and pro-social activities. Furthermore, I assessed children's development via standardized periodic screenings to document developmental milestones or identify potential developmental delays or health changes. I believe in supporting children's development by cultivating independence, supporting social awareness, and encouraging curiosity.
