About Claire

I am moving to Carrboro in August 2016 to pursue my Master's in Public Health at Chapel Hill. During my undergraduate career at American University, I had the pleasure of working with several families to meet their varying childcare needs. I worked as a mommy helper to support a mom of infant twins (three months) and an energetic toddler. This included changing diapers, breastfeeding support, laundry, meal prep and walks/play time. I also worked long-term for a family with three young girls between the ages of 3 to 7. My duties included homework help, meal prep, playtime, bedtime prep, pick-up and drop-off to school or activities, etc. This summer I had the opportunity to spend several weeks with my sister and new nephew (he's currently 7 weeks old).
