Cila has worked for us for nearly 15 years. A change in our circumstances requires that we cut her hours down sharply. Over that whole time period she has been hardworking and extremely reliable. She's taken maybe 2 sick days the entire time. She does an excellent job cleaning for us. She takes direction well, and if you are clear in what you want she will do it well. Make sure she understands what you want and she will do a great job for you if you do that.
