Hello! My name is Christy, I have been babysitting, nannying, coaching, & teaching children for over 17 years. In College I was a student athlete & a special education major, which led me to merge my two passions, gymnastics & teaching. For the past 13 years I have been coaching ages 2-22 as I was an assistant coach at Virginia Tech. During that time I also have nannied for various families ranging from 6weeks-6-year-olds. I coach older highly competitive girls at Aerials, so having fun with the little ones is such a fun change of pace for me! I believe my strengths in working with kids is coming up with fun activities such as crafts & games all while cultivating their imagination as well as encouraging learning & development.
