About Christine

I spent many years caring for my mother who was blind and had mobility issues due to multiple strokes. I've also raised four children. I've recently returned to graduate school for my MSW in social work. I also have a certification in Wellness Coaching from the Mayo Clinic. I'm looking for work as a companion/carer in the evenings on weekends and some week days. I have three dogs so I'm very comfortable with most pets. I'm looking for a position on weekend evenings while I'm attending graduate school. In my spare time, I like to go visit my adult children, read, write, and spend time by the beach. My skills include compassionate care, coaching, motivational interviewing, Advocacy, understanding of low vision and blind senior needs, dementia care. I also cook.
