Elder care offered, variety of care including Alzheimer's and dementia patients, using memory enhancement therapy, helping to improve quality of life through music, exercise, museum and library visits, reminiscing, crossword puzzles, and activities of their choosing, also will accompany them to senior centers classes they may enjoy. These activities can be called cognitive stimulation because they stimulate the brain and create enjoyable engagement. Will drive to medical appointments. I can offer as a companion care that is reliable, flexible, compassionate, nurturing, experienced, calm and dedicated service to you or loved one. My Hobbies: Orchid growing and volunteering at orchid shows, lifelong interest in health and nutrition, healthful cooking, practice Yoga, walking, and hiking.
