About Christina

I like tutoring because I enjoy helping students to achieve their highest potential. I'm looking for a job that allows me to use my experience as a Special Education Teacher to support students and families in meeting their academic goals. I started tutoring three years ago when I realized the impact of COVID in schools and recognized that simply going to school was not enough to catch students to up. In my spare time, I like to hike, take nature walks, and go to the movie with my family. One thing you should know about me is that I am passionate about what I do. I work hard to develope a trusting relationship with students and families and try to make learning fun for my students. My skills include, flexibility, the ability to make connections with student and depth of knowledge in my tutoring content areas.
