About Christabel

I am currently in my second semester of Nursing school in Hartford Community College. I have two beautiful children, a 12-year-old and an 11-year-old. I am compassionate, fun, loving, caring, and above all I love to make an impact in the life of people I come in contact with. I and my mentally challenged cousin was raised by our late grandmother who later took ill that led to her bed band due to inadequate medical attention. I had to give up high school for two years to take care of my her, which I later completed after she passed away. That was how I developed my interest in caring for people no matter the condition. I have worked with different people and conditions for the past years. I work with dementia patients, Alzheimer, Bed band, Quadriplegic, diabetic, post-operative care, run groups. I also help with range of motion and ambulation, med administration, vital sign, shower, grooming, prepare meals, house keeping, documentation, enter data, I&O.
