We highly recommend Chris as a nanny. Chris is a wonderful nanny and wonderful person! We were lucky enough to have Chris for a full time temporary contract of 1.5 months to take care of our 8 month old son. We did a trial day first, and we knew it was meant to be when our son went up to her and gave her a hug and sat in her lap as she read to him. She didn’t initiate any contact, she was just speaking to him respectfully and softly and reading a book. I have never seen him do that with anyone he just met! She is very professional, punctual, thoughtful, and knowledgeable. She has very positive energy, is emotionally intelligent, and follows the parent’s lead while offering advice from her years of experience. She follows the Montessori style (which we love), and she even recommended a book for me our first week that helped me understand so much about that method. We appreciated that we had a partnership with her, us, and our son, to take care of him and keep him safe, all while nurturing his developmental milestones. She is easy to talk to, kind, empathetic, loving, patient, dependable, and really cared for our son. We couldn’t have asked for more in a nanny and any family would be lucky to have Chris. We also learned a lot from Chris as first time parents. She is the nanny that we will compare all future nannies to.
