About Chinasa

hello! my name is chinasa (she/they), I am a full spectrum doula, and aspiring midwife with seven years of experience caring for children ages 0-13years. I currently work as a doula and nanny a sweet and energetic 4-year-old part-time! I am the eldest of three and have been heavily involved in caring for my younger siblings for most of my life. I am also a certified Hatha yoga instructor, with four years of experience teaching yoga to children ages 7-14 years. I recently graduated of fine arts from California college of the arts in SF. My focus was in urban design, community arts and environmental studies. I am currently taking pre requisite courses for nursing school in order to apply to a graduate nursing program in midwifery. I love to paint, draw, play dress up/improv, cook, do yoga, go to parks and museums, explore in nature, etc. I am also open to support in completing other tasks like housework, dog walking, grocery runs, dinner prep, etc.
