I hired Cheyenne recently and she worked as our nanny for about a week. In our interview we agreed that we both wanted to have a long term relationship and she seemed qualified and very excited about the job. Then, she texted me the night before the second week that she quit, without notice or explanation, and left us high and dry. We had a very amicable relationship, and she never complained or communicated that there were any problems. I tried to reach out to her multiple times, but she did not respond. As a single mom working from home with 2 boys doing school from home too, I am devastated and shocked that anyone could be so unprofessional, uncaring and irresponsible with no heads up or time to find someone else. I have never written a negative review before, but I thought other unsuspecting parents should be aware of her behavior so this doesn't happen to you. Thank you.
