About Cheryl

I am looking for a family in need of assistance in caring for children. I worked for same family for 10 years caring for 2 young boys. I am a widow with one grown son, and have lived in the Tulsa area for 45 years. After homeschooling our son, I was a substitute teacher specializing in special needs in the Tulsa public school system. I also operated an organizing business employing stay at home moms. I LOVE CHILDREN! You'll find me a responsible, loving caregiver for all ages, newborn and beyond. I follow instructions and am flexible for whatever life with kids throws our way. Children find a safe, positive place with me, enabling them to be themselves and learn through routine and age appropriate tasks. I believe fun and educational activities for preschoolers through elementary are hugely important to a child's development.
