Hello, I'm Chelsey! I have been a nanny for 10 years professionally - but being one of 13 siblings, my caregiving duties began much earlier than that. My child care experience expands across all age groups including special needs. I find such joy in being a positive mentor in a child's life! I would love to take this opportunity to tell you about myself. I have a fun and outgoing personality, but I also respect the need for structure and routine. As most Florida natives do, I enjoy being outdoors - whether that's taking trips to the beach, spending time on the lake, or strolling the farmers markets. I also love reading, spending time with my family, and event planning! Where to begin? Chelsey has been an incredible addition to our household. She was initially hired to care for my 3 month old, post my maternity leave, and help with some household needs. She always exceeded my expectations because of her attention to detail and initiative to get things done before I would even ask her. Then for spring break (and once the recommenced 'stay at home' order was placed) she cared for my energetic 5 year old twins while maintaining her previous responsibilities. Three kids at this age can be overwhelming, but Chelsey tackled the unexpected changes with stride. We created a schedule together, but she customized it based on the things she had come to learn about my littles. She helped with tele-learning, homework, snack time, and my house managed to stay clean despite a full house of hungry, busy children (and working adults)! I can't say enough wonderful things about Chelsey. The only reason she is not with us now is because my job was impacted by the Coronavirus Pandemic. I would hire her again in a heartbeat!
