About Chelsea

I am Chelsea N, 22 y/o. I began working with children in 2015 after graduating high school. Since then I've worked for Bright Beginners, Child Care Careers, and Primrose of Buckhead. I'm currently in college with a focus in Business Marketing. However, I find investing my time into teaching, learning & growing with children to be the perfect pastime while working toward my career. (I mean it when I say that I learn & grow as well). I understand that working with children can be a handful & I believe one of my greatest strengths is De-escalating situations by talking through them to create an understanding, minimizing the problem, and teaching them ways to deal with similar occurrences in the future. I am experienced with ages 1-4.
