Chelsea is a really wonderful and dependable person. I can also tell she is an accomplished and driven professional. We hired her for a few Fridays thinking we could retain her until the end of spring, but our childcare needs changed unexpectedly. Chelsea was warm and patient with our daughter. She was very communicative and also willing to help when needed. She follow instructions, but was also confident enough to not always need direction, which was very helpful while I worked.
