I know how to soothe kids when they are sad, and also I do have a lot of experience putting kids down for a nap and how to help them fall asleep. I do know how to plan activities around how the day is going to be, I do have experience with what weather is safe for the kids to be outside in and also how to put on any warm clothes they may need if it gets cold.
