Charlotte is lovely -- super kind, patient, prompt, brought extra activities for my kids, etc. Plus, her daughter is wonderful and was so great for my kiddos. Unfortunately, Charlotte only got to work for me briefly as my finances changed very unexpectedly overnight and thus so did my ability to hire care. However, had that not happened, I would've loved to have Charlotte as part of our family for a long time to come. I'm still sad about it. Thank you, Charlotte!
