Hired Charles after receiving a recommendation back in the Fall to watch and help my teenage autistic son with online schooling. He lasted 4 days then texted me on a Sunday night that he couldn't anymore and didn't answer my calls. I had to scramble at the last minute to find an alternative. Out of necessity and because I believe in second chances, I decided to give him another shot at the beginning of the Summer to simply watch him, feed him lunch etc. for Summer vacation. He agreed and I texted him a few days before he was to start but he never responded back to my texts & calls. Just ghosted me. Once again I had to scramble to find an alternative just 2 days before he was to start. All the job entailed was to feed my son, maybe assist him in the bathroom and make sure nothing bad happens. My son pretty much keeps to himself so 99% of the day, Charles could just relax, watch TV, etc but nope. Don't waste your time! Find someone who's responsible and won't blow you off!
