About Charity

Hello my name is Charity! I'm a wife, excited new mother (daughter is 9 mo.!), and previously a full-time nanny with many years of wonderful caregiving experience. I am currently seeking part-time work as well as one-time babysitting opportunities. My passion is supporting learning and development in the early stages of life, and I pride myself on my ability to balance fun with structure and learning in a nurturing way. No matter if it's a one-time gig or 2 full-time years I spend with a child, at the core of my care is empathy, an interest in them as people, meaningful play, and above all, safety. I love to promote learning and exploration via creativity, sensory play, reading, and simply following a child's own interests and individual needs. I'm consistent with routines, incentives, and rules a family has established. I care deeply for the children I nanny and babysit and look forward to meeting great families to work with in the area!
