RUN- don't walk. During a difficult time with my family, she failed to show up to one shift citing her car was broken into. I offered to pay a taxi- she read the text didn't respond. Next day I asked is she was coming on her following shift- she said yes. I asked if it changed to let me know the day before. No show again. Do not put your family under the stress by hiring her. I don't understand how any person can treat a family going through a hardship like this.
