About Chantel

For several years, I have cared for children between the ages of 4 months and 13 years old. For about one and a half years, I cared for three children ages 1, 4, and 6. When interacting with children, I enjoy doing stimulating activities like board games, texture activities, outdoor exploring, and crafts. As a Human Development major I learned about theoretical perspectives and how to implement my knowledge into age-appropriate activities. I have taken courses about each stage of the life course (infancy, childhood, adolescence, and adults) to help me understand development and growth. I love working with children and helping them explore their own abilities. My goal as a nanny is to provide assistance for families that have busy parents, but still want their children to have stimulating experiences.
