Hello, I have known and observed Cavon as a caretaker for family members in their home in a very difficult situation in which both medical and psychiatric skills were required. Cavon is one of those very rare individuals who has both very personable skills as well as clinical skills which are presented in a highly professional manner. His kind, thoughtful, caring attitude and skills are always present in the administration of the medical needs and actions. He is a bright earnest young man who is intelligent, a quick eager learner, seeks challenges, industrious,—and achieves all with a charming sincere sense of humor! Cavon has obviously acquired not only the medical knowledge required for care of patients, but is an individual who intuitively knows and senses what the situation requires. He never hesitates to seek answers and knowledge when required. He is an excellent candidate that will not disappoint! Carol
