I have worked in med surg for nearly a year. If you do not know what med surg is, it is a hospital category of unit where we receive every single patient you can think of. cardiac, GI, neuro, respiratory, you name it I've probably seen it. I have resigned my position at my job because we are turning into a COVID floor that will not get an incentive for it. If I am being paid to put my family and I at risk I believe I should at-least get a little extra for it. I would love to take care of you family member with true compassion and dedication.
