Hello and thank you for visiting my profile! I am a former lead infant-toddler teacher, currently stay at home mom, looking to leave my nest for a nanny position. I loved teaching, but found being at home with my child the last 2 years has reminded me of how much I loved nannying before I got my BA in human development and started teaching. Including teaching, nannying, and coaching color guard, I have over 10 years experience as a caregiver, working with every age from birth to college students. While I can be pretty flexible, I find I most enjoy working with responsive and science-based parenting styles. I can be flexible on cleaning and cooking, so long as it doesn't interfere too much with maintaining supervision (being an infant teacher, especially during COVID, gave me a strong knowledge of CDC cleaning and disinfecting procedures).
